GREAT GRACE

For the past 6months I have lost count on how many up hills and down hills I have been past. In awe of God's love for me, i look with disbelief and wonder if all that is happening around me is real. 1 Peter 5:10 "And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast".

I know now that in situations I simply have no control over I just let go and let God. Often we under estimate our own strength and dont understand that it is through our trials that God reveals who we really are in him. You know a bit like children's character hulk, who is known for great strength the magnitude of which increases as the level of his anger rises or when he feels other emotions like fear.  That is kind of how we are, ever situation we face brings something out of us, however certain situations we face unleashes more of that special gift.......GRACE I believe it is called that fuels us up and helps us drive through it.  I have heard various definitions of grace, but I describe grace as the power that helps you deal with whatever comes your way. The elevator God places you on that will carry you right through to the top floor. And when people see you, it is simply the kingdom of God within they see. 1John 2:27. As for you, the anointing you received from him remains in you and you do not need anyone to teach you. But as his anointing teaches you about all things and as that anointing is real, no counterfeit- just as it has taught you, remain in him.

To understand grace, first you need to know who God is, you need to understand him not just with your mind, but also with your heart and submit to follow him wherever he leads you. His grace shouldn't be a www.LastMinute.Com where you go to as a final solution; rather we ought to rely on it daily for help. When I feel the temptation of frustration, confusion, pain and anger I go back to my archive and retrieve the numerous challenges i have faced and am reminded of how his grace carried me through and that encourages me and gives me hope to know that through this challenge also his grace is more evident. (Galatians 5:16) walk by his grace and you will not satisfy the desires to be stuck in sorrow, pain, confusion and fear.

For those times when you really really, really, really miss your husband and the kids are in their own lane but driving though yours, and when it seems your friends and family simply do not understand how you feel and perhaps you also don't understand you then go to Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

To enjoy his grace we need to:

Rely fully on God: In our every day life's and in all we do we must rely on God.. Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding and in all your ways submit to him and he will make your paths straight. Having geniue faith means to rely on God  and when we work outside of this we tend to get it wrong, therefore  the will of God will never take you where his grace will never protect you..1 Corinthian 10:13

Keep walking: keep walking because you are covered. Ephesians 2:8 "For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—and when you need the extra boost be unceasing in prayer 1 Thessalonians 5:17.

Let your attitude speak it: Adapt an attitude of praise and let his grace flow through you even when the challenges come. Philippians 4:4-7 Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
